About the Journal
The journal "Vestnik of Donetsk University. Series 06. Legal Sciences" publishes articles on all branches of legal science of theoretical and practical importance. The journal includes the following main sections:
THEORETICAL AND HISTORICAL LEGAL SCIENCES. The section publishes articles on a group of scientific specialties 5.1.1. Theoretical and historical legal sciences.
PUBLIC LAW (STATE LAW) SCIENCE. The section publishes articles on a group of scientific specialties 5.1.2. Public law (public law) sciences.
PRIVATE LAW (CIVIL LAW) SCIENCES. The section publishes articles on a group of scientific specialties 5.1.3. Private law (civil law) sciences.
CRIMINAL LAW SCIENCES. The section publishes articles on a group of scientific specialties 5.1.4. Criminal Law sciences.
INTERNATIONAL LEGAL SCIENCES. The section publishes articles on a group of scientific specialties 5.1.5. International legal sciences.
Until May 2023, it was published under the title "Vestnik Donetskogo Natsionalnogo Universiteta. Seriya E: Yuridicheskie Nauki". There was a break in the publication's activities due to the formation of a new editorial board and adaptation to the new format of a network publication. Since February 2025, the magazine has been published exclusively online. The journal publishes research results in the field of law across all specialties of the Higher Attestation Commission's nomenclature. Previously unpublished articles in Russian and English are accepted for review and publication.
