The journal "Bulletin of Donetsk National University. Series B. Economics and Law" was founded in 1997. The journal publishes the results of research in the field of economics and law. Previously unpublished articles in Russian and English are accepted for consideration and publication. The publication is intended for a wide range of scientists, teachers, graduate students and students.

The journal has the following sections:

The journal accepts for publication articles on the following branches of science:

The authors of the journal are both leading scientists and novice researchers (teachers, graduate students). All articles undergo both internal review, mainly by members of the editorial board, and external review.

Scientific journal "Bulletin of Donetsk National University. Series B. Economics and Law" is included in the List of peer–reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, the degree of Doctor of Sciences (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR No. 774 dated 07/24/2017) should be published in the following groups of scientific specialties: 08.00.01 - economic theory; 08.00.05 – economics and management of national economy (by industry, including: economics, organization and management of enterprises, industries, complexes; innovation management, regional economics, labor economics, population economics and demography; environmental economics, business economics, marketing; management, pricing, economic security, standardization and product quality management, land management, recreation and tourism); 12.00.03 – civil law; business law; family law; private international law; 12.00.14 – administrative law; administrative process.

Scientific journal "Bulletin of Donetsk National University. Series B. Economics and Law" is included in the RSCI database (agreement 510-09/2016).
