RULES FOR THE DIRECTION, REVIEW AND PUBLICATION
OF SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES

 

RULES FOR AUTHORS

The collection accepts articles under the following headings:

METHODOLOGY AND TECHNOLOGY OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION;

• CURRENT TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICS TEACHING METHODS IN HIGHER EDUCATION;

• SCIENTIFIC FOUNDATIONS OF FUTURE TEACHER TRAINING;

• METHODICAL SCIENCE – TO THE TEACHER OF MATHEMATICS AND COMPUTER SCIENCE;

• HISTORY OF MATHEMATICS AND MATHEMATICAL EDUCATION.

 

Articles submitted for publication are subject to mandatory review.

The submitted materials must be relevant, have scientific and practical significance and novelty.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STRUCTURE OF THE ARTICLE

the formulation of the problem in general and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks;

analysis of current research and publications in which the solution of this problem has been initiated and on which the author relies, highlighting previously unresolved parts of the general problem to which the article is devoted;

formulation of the objectives of the article;

presentation of the main research material with full justification of the scientific results obtained;

conclusions of this study and prospects for further developments in this area.

In order to comply with the above requirements for a scientific article, the following elements should be highlighted in bold:

problem statement,

analysis of relevant research,

purpose of the article,

presentation of the main material,

conclusions,

literature.

RULES FOR THE DESIGN OF THE ARTICLE

  • The UDC of the article is printed in the upper left corner.
  • On the next line, the title of the article is printed symmetrically in capital bold letters in the center).
  • Below the line without indentation is the full surname, first name, patronymic of the author(s), below is the scientific degree, academic title, on the next line is the place of work of the author(s) (organization), city, country, below is the e–mail address (of each author).
  • The same information is printed in English.
  • An abstract of the work in Russian is placed at one interval (it must reflect the purpose of the work, methods, main results and conclusions, the volume is at least 100 words).
  • The next line contains keywords in Russian (at least five words or phrases).
  • After that, the text of the work begins with mandatory compliance with the content requirements.
  • After the presentation of the article material, a list of references in the original language is printed at one interval. Literature (15-25 or more sources). References to sources are given in alphabetical order in square brackets and are issued in accordance with GOST R 7.0.100-2018. In order to expand the readership and enter the international scientific and educational space, it is recommended to include foreign sources in the list of references. The DOI is a mandatory element of the bibliographic description. If the source has a DOI, it should be specified.
  • A link to articles published in the scientific journal "DIDACTICS OF MATHEMATICS: Problems and Investigations " is desirable (a list of all articles published in the collection is provided on the journal's website under the heading "archive of issues").
  • After the list of references, the surname, first name, title of the work, abstract and keywords are printed in English (the abstract and keywords must completely repeat the Russian version).
  • The originality of the article must be at least 75%.

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Language: Russian, English.

The volume of the article: without a list of cited literature from 6 to 15 pages. Margins: top – 25 mm, bottom – 25 mm, left – 25 mm, right – 25 mm.

Font: Times New Roman, size 14.

Line spacing: one and a half.

The indentation of the first line: 1.25 cm.

Formula design: use Microsoft Word with the built-in Microsoft Equation formula editor, size 12.

Table layout: tables are placed in the text of the article, font size in tables and figures 12.

The design of literature: The list of references is placed at the end of the article under the title "Literature" (numbering of sources alphabetically). The reference to the literature on the text is placed in square brackets.

 

We recommend that before sending the manuscript to the editorial office, make sure

that the article is designed in accordance with the requirements of the editorial board.
