Editorial Policies
Copyright and licensing. «Bulletin of Donetsk National University. Series D: Philology and Psychology» is an open access journal, free-to-view and free-to-copy. No charge is required from the user to read, download, copy, transmit, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without prior permission from the publisher or the author.
Publication Charges. The submission, reviewing, editing and publication of articles in the «Bulletin of Donetsk National University. Series D: Philology and Psychology» are free of charge. No author fees are involved.
Deposit policy. Under the terms of the Open Access license, authors are entitled to deposit the final published version of the article in institutional and/or repository centers immediately upon publication, provided that the journal and the Publishing House are attributed as the original place of publication and citation details are correctly quoted. Authors are also recommended to deposit the URL of the published article, in addition to the PDF version.
Archiving Policy. The main purpose of the Archives policy is to select, preserve and make available the archives of Bulletin of Donetsk National University. Series D: Philology and Psychology. The too main objectives are –
• to register and publish archives according to professional standards;
• to provide access to archival material in accordance with publishing practice.
The Archive contains texts of reviewed articles, abstracts and references. These materials present major academic results of research work.
The Bulletin of Donetsk National University. Series D: Philology and Psychology stores its full-text archives on the Journal's and Publisher's websites, as well as on the platforms of Russian Scientific Electronic Libraries (eLIBRARY.RU) etc.
Self-Archiving Policy. Authors are allowed to deposit their post-print reviewed articles at personal websites and databases, it is obligatory to indicate the title and issue data of the journal the article was first published. We recommend to use the Publisher's PDF version or make a link to it.
Plagiarism Policy. The journal publishes original research work. Submission of manuscript to this journal indicates that it has not been published anywhere or submitted elsewhere for publication. If author(s) is/are using any part of works published by other authors, they are required to make references to the origin or get permission from the previous publisher or copyright holder (whichever is suitable).
Plagiarized manuscripts would not be accepted for publication. In case plagiarism is detected a letter of refusal would be sent to the author, affiliated institutes and funding agency (in the presence). For more information read "Violation" in the section "Publishing Ethics".
Complaint Policy. Direct contacts are basic and most preferable ways of settling disputes between editorial staff, authors and third parties in the process of reviewing and preparing articles for publication, as well as regarding already published articles. Complaints or claims should be sent to the editor-in-chief by e-mail (terkulov@rambler.ru) or via post (83001, Donetsk, st. Universitetskaya, 24, building 1, Faculty of Philology (rooms 451, 452). In your letter of complaint you are asked to give reasons of disappointment, details and to name the person / the service that is a subject of the complaint. Claims are reviewed within a month.
