"Bulletin of Donetsk National University. Series G: Technical Sciences"

The journal "Bulletin of Donetsk National University" was founded in 1997. The series of the journal "Series G: Technical Sciences" was founded in 2018. The journal publishes the results of research in the field of technical sciences. Previously unpublished articles in Russian and English are accepted for consideration and publication. The journal is intended for the teaching staff and researchers of higher educational institutions and research institutes, engineering and technical workers of industrial enterprises and design organizations, as well as for graduate students, undergraduates and students. All articles are reviewed. The journal has the following headings corresponding to groups of scientific specialties: Electronics, photonics, instrument engineering and communication; Information technology and telecommunications; Energetics and electrical engineering; Technosphere safety.

Since 12.02.2024 the journal has included in List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences (List of the Higher Attestation Commission Russian Federation) should be published for the following groups of scientific specialties and their corresponding branch (technical sciences) : 

• 2.2.9. Design and technology of instrumentation and electronic equipment,
• 2.2.11. Information measuring and control systems,
• 2.2.13. Radio equipment, including television systems and devices,
• 2.2.15. Telecommunication systems, networks and devices,
• 2.3.1. System analysis, information management and processing, statistics,
• 2.3.2. Computing systems and their elements,
• 2.3.3. Automation and control of technological processes and productions,
• 2.3.5. Mathematical and software support of computer systems, complexes and computer networks,
• 2.3.8. Computer Science and information processes,
• 2.4.1. Theoretical and applied electrical engineering,
• 2.4.2. Electrical engineering complexes and systems,
• 2.4.6. Theoretical and applied heat engineering.

Information about inclusion in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission DPR (2020-2023)

The journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences (List of the Higher Attestation Commission) should be published (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR No. 440 of 06.03.2020, No. 42 of 26.01.2021) for the following groups of scientific specialties/specialties:

• 05.11.00 – Instrumentation, metrology and information measuring devices and systems;
• 05.12.00 – Radio engineering and communications;
• 05.13.00 – Computer science, computer engineering and management;
• 05.14.04 – Industrial thermal power engineering;
• 05.23.19 – Environmental safety of construction and urban economy.
