СОПОСТАВИТЕЛЬНАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА КАУЗАТИВНЫХ КОНСТРУКЦИЙ С ГЛАГОЛОМ-СВЯЗКОЙ MAKE
В АНГЛИЙСКОМ ЯЗЫКЕ И ГЛАГОЛАМИ-СВЯЗКАМИ РОБИТИ
И ПРИМУШУВАТИ В УКРАИНСКОМ ЯЗЫКЕ

В статье представлены результаты сопоставительного анализа каузативных конструкций с глаголом-связкой make в английском языке и глаголами-связками робити и примушувати в украинском языке. Выявлены сходные и отличные черты реализации исследуемыми глаголами каузативных связей. Установлены 9 семантических типов каузативных конструкций с этими глаголами. Английский глагол make представлен большим количеством семантических типов, чем украинские глаголы робити и примушувати. Отмечено отсутствие семантического типа, свойственного всем трем глаголам одновременно.

COMPARATIVE DESCRIPTION OF CAUSATIVE CONSTRUCTIONS WITH THE LINK-VERB MAKE IN ENGLISH AND THE LINK-VERBS РОБИТИ AND ПРИМУШУВАТИ IN UKRAINIAN

The article deals with the results of the contrastive analysis of causative constructions with the link-verb make in English and the link-verb робити and примушувати in Ukrainian. Convergent and divergent features of the realization by the verbs under consideration of causative relations are singled out. Nine semantic types of causative constructions with these verbs are considered. The English verb make expresses more semantic types than the Ukrainian verbs робити and примушувати. No similar semantic types for the verbs in question have been observed.
